Healthy Banana Slice

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 3 x Bananas (ripe/brown)

  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1tbsp Hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup Chia seeds

  • ½ cup shredded Coconut

  • ¼ cup Olive oil

  • 1 Egg

  • 1tsp Cinnamon powder

  • ½ block Dark Chocolate

  • 1 ½  cups almond meal

  • ½ Buckwheat flour or other alternative

  • 1 block dark cooking chocolate

 
 
 

Method

 
  • Preheat oven at 180C on fan force

  • Mash 2 x bananas in a bowel

  • Add all wet ingredients to bananas.

  • Add dry ingredients into another bowel and then mix together.

  • Chop up dark chocolate and fold into the mix.

  • Line loaf tray with butter and baking paper. Pour into a loaf tray and add more chocolate on top

  • Half the 3rd banana and place that on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cook for 20-30mins and then enjoy!
