My method

Fusing traditional pilates methods and dynamic techniques that aim to sculpt and transform your body and mind through movement. My method is low impact, yet super effective leaving no part of your body untouched. It ensures strengthening and lengthening of muscles through the mind body connection. With a focus on movement connected to breath, and ensuring correct alignment and posture throughout your class, you will move effectively resulting in a deeper burn and tone.

My method ensures a balanced approach, where mind, body and soul are supported. Incorporating the fundamental methods of naturopathy and pilates principles in order to provide a well balanced approach to your lifestyle.

A full body sweat and burn, incorporating barre and standing pilates techniques, leaving you feeling perky and tight in all the right places. This class is intense and will without doubt leave you feeling the burn the following day.
