Balanced by Bianca is an online platform subscription, by joining you will have access to:
- A large library of 300+ workouts, ranging from pilates, barre, cardio, stretch and mindfulness
- Pre/Postnatal workouts
- Classes designed for all levels
- A free wellness pack included in 3 month memberships (within AUS)
- Meal plans and Naturopathically approved Recipes
Is there a minimum term? +
No, you can cancel at any time. Please note, that once you have cancelled your membership you will be automatically locked out of your account. So if you wish to see out the complete term please cancel just prior to your renewal date.
Your membership will automatically roll over either each month, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly depending on the membership bought.

Can I access Balanced by Bianca worldwide? +
Yes, this online platform will allow you to workout with me from all over the world!
Do I need equipment for my workouts? +
There are currently over 150 equipment free workouts, we want you to be able to workout anytime, anywhere! All you need is a mat or comfortable surface.
We have however also created a wellness pack including; a pilates ball, 3x resistance bands of vary strength and an essential oil roller, this is included with 3 month membership plan. It is also availble through the online store.
How long will it take for my wellness pack to arrive? +
Depending on your location, time can vary. For those members within VIC, NSW, QLD, shipping takes 2-3 days. Rest of Australia 2-5 days.
Are these classes suitable if I am pregnant or have recently had a baby pre & postnatal? +
Yes, if you have been given the all clear to exercise by a health professional and you are not within a high risk category please join in! If you wish to have an online consultation so together we can create a plan suited to you please email through to info@biancamelas.com
In particular there are specific workouts available for pre and post natal clients. As well as:
- Barre Sweat
- Sculpt Lower Body Pilates
- Lengthen and Strengthen Pilates
Prenatal +
If you are prenatal, please contact info@biancamelas.com for further information and guidance.
If you are within your first trimester, you can continue to workout as normal.
From trimester two it is advised that you no longer perform ab curls and when holding a plank to please drop to your knees. Please also refrain from jumping.
During the workouts please listen to your body and ensure you are maintaining an adequate level of breath. You should be able to maintain a casual conversation without getting puffed out. Stop and rest when needed and remember to drink your fluids throughout.
Postnatal +
If you have been given the all clear from a health professional, in particular a physiotherapist then you are ok to follow through with the workouts. Please however listen to your body and be kind to yourself. If you feel any pain within the pelvic region or throughout the workouts that doesn't seem right, stop and give yourself some rest.
You might start off feeling a little weaker than normal but I promise with time and consistency you will be able to rebuild and gain strength. For any other concerns please reach out to me directly for further guidance info@biancamelas.com

Yes, you can Chromecast your workouts onto your TV following your usual Chromecast procedures.
Can I join a live class without signing up to the monthly subscription? +
Yes you can, please click on shop and purchase a single live class, $9. You will then be emailed out the link to the live class.
Where abouts is your naturopathy clinic based? +
Currently my clinic is completely online, with consults run through telehealth. Please ensure that prior to our consultation that you have downloaded zoom.
Do you ship internationally? +
Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship internationally.
